The average copy of Microsoft Office licensed on the PC for one business user will set you back £274.98 (source Amazon.co.uk - November 2008). Apple's equivalent package is called iWork. This package contains a MS Word compatible word publishing package called Pages, an Excel compatible Spreadsheet system called Numbers and a Powerpoint presentation system called Keynote. We should point out that no Outlook e-mail/calendar/contacts system is included with the Mac package because all of this functionality is already built into Mac OS as standard.
