Computer Maintenance / Networking First Hour (or part thereof) £45 Additional Hours (charged in 1/4 hour blocks) £30 Unix / Windows Server Admin First Hour (or part thereof) £75 Additional Hours (charged in 1/4 hour blocks) £50 In-House I.T. Consultancy First Hour (or part thereof) £125 Additional Hours £75 All prices subject to addition of VAT at 17.5%. We do not charge travelling time for client sites within a 30 mile radius of Torquay. So the clock only starts when we arrive, not when we leave our office! Payment for ad-hoc work is payable upon the departure of our engineer by cheque or cash. Title of any parts or goods supplied does not pass until cleared payment has been made in full. ETL MAINTENANCE PLAN CLIENTS Clients taking advantage of our maintenance plans benefit from substantial savings on on-site labour rates with a minimum of 33% saving and in certain cases rising to 50%.
